- The administrative
staff logs the incoming jobs into a computerized system and assigns
a job number through which all hours, purchases, test documentation,
shipping and invoicing are tracked.
- Virtually everything entering the shop
needs to have mill scale, coal dust or grease removed. Automated
parts washing equipment is used whenever possible. The hot
water, high-pressure action and quick cycle times of these automated
units assure clean components prior to testing and rebuilding.
The 96-inch cube capacity of our largest unit accommodates
up to 15,000 pounds.
- Parts too large for the automated equipment are cleaned in a
hot water, high-pressure wash rack. Which automatically separates
all solids and oils from the effluent and cycles the water
for evaporation from all dissolved particulates.
- Another method of ensuring
clean components is the use of our 12' x 12' x 18' sandblasting
booth. All of our units feature full reclaim with segregation
of hazardous materials for proper disposal.
- Our 12 vehicle fleet is regularly maintained, inspected and
ready on a moment's notice for pickup or delivery.
