CMT has designed and built an exclusive linear welding system to efficiently manufacture and repair rectangular lifting magnets. A full operational test is performed on every magnet we repair. Our attractive force analyzer is capable of measuring the theorrectical lift of a magnet in cold or hot operating ranges up to 900,000 pounds. Magnets are automatically cycle tested at their rated duty cycles to assure maximum performance in the field.
