Today, Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel met with small business owners at CMT to discuss his ohiocheckbook.com web site and announced Youngstown City Schools had launched their checkbook online. Anyone can go onto the web site and see how their city, township or school district are spending their tax dollars. New government agencies and districts are launching throughout the year.
